The Board made a provisional appointment to the Board on Thursday, January 31 during a Special Board meeting. The Board had a difficult task because the candidates were very highly qualified for the position. Congratulations to Emily Hull-Parsons! The appointment will be effective from February 20 until an election is held in November.
